A great opportunity has become available in our Hawes & Co Raynes Park office where we are looking for a experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our team.

Responsibilities include (not limited to);

To develop lettings business in a pre-agreed geographical location within the business
To increase brand awareness and lettings market share in agreed territory
To drive and maximise overall business generation within the agreed territory
Responsible for compliance to company policy and legislation of your designated
business
To increase letting turnover in the agreed territory by generating Landlord
instructions
To ensure that the instructions generated are converted to actual lettings
