A great opportunity has become available in our Hawes & Co office in Surbiton. We are looking for a experienced Sales Negotiator/Valuer to join our team.

You will be responsible for booking and carrying out property viewings, keeping in regular communication with clients and delivering exceptional and first class customer service.

Must have own car and clean licence and know the Surbiton area.

We prefer candidates who live local to the surrounding area.

Working pattern will be a 5-day week, Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Hours are Monday to Friday 08:45 till 18:00 Saturday 09:00 till 17:00.

The ideal candidate should have a good telephone manner, be IT and computer literate, have experience with email with a great eye for detail and a good grasp of writing with good comprehension. Ideally the candidate would reside within easy access of our Morden office.
