Could not commend Thanzil at Hawes and Co enough. He was warm and professional and made us feel so at ease throughout the process. We haven't rented for a few years now but Thanzil was so reassuring, he explained the process clearly and we felt much more comfortable as a result. He proactively rang me any time a property that suited us became available and kept regular contact. We met for a house viewing and Thanzil was kind and patient, answered all questions and followed up after the viewing too. Highly recommend and thank so much Thanzil for being so lovely :)
