I previously lived in Wimbledon Village some 20 + years ago before moving out into Surrey and had a positive experience both buying and selling through Hawes office in that location. However, the experience I have had with John Gordon, Wimbledon Broadway, since first trying to find a house in central Wimbledon at the turn of the year has been nothing short of exceptional. I have moved properties five times in my life and John has demonstrated qualities that have been unequalled in my experience of buying/ selling. Not only is he hugely knowledgeable in the property market and the locale generally, but he does not waste prospective purchasers' time with properties that are not what was required.He offers houses that meet individuals' requirements as near as possible, highlights the advantages and also areas to ponder/ consider further and has been the best estate agent I have ever encountered.In addition, he recommended conveyancing solictors and removal firms (with no benefit to Hawes if selected), and they also have proved to be absolutely excellent. I could not praise John Gordon any higher- brilliant!
