They were very proactive and professional in letting me know my tenants were moving on and they were quick to market the property and find my current tenant. Working with Hawes & Co in Surbiton was a very good experience. Paul's communication with us during the process was excellent and reassuring as was the whole office whomever we spoke with. The sale of our house was pretty smooth but generally keeping us informed, which was important to us, really helped during what is a stressful time of house selling and moving anyway.
