What our customers say about us

Paul Marchant's excellent communication made sure that information passed easily between seller, buyer, freeholder and solicitor throughout the sale process. He was always easily reachable either on the phone or in branch and gave clear and sensible advice. Overall we were very pleased with Hawes & Co Surbiton's sales service and have already recommended them to a friend.

I’m really grateful for all the help and support Pollyanna gave me throughout the whole process of getting my apartment. She was always so helpful, easy to communicate with, and made everything feel so much easier. I really appreciate everything she did :)

Really happy with the service we received from the agency. Pollyanna was particularly helpful, and we appreciated having someone so approachable to guide us through the process. Thanks to her and the team for such a positive experience!

Great service

Paul at the Surbiton office was very helpful throughout the sale of our home. He went above and beyond to progress things when we were faced with an unexpected chain. He ensured that everyone was on board and did the work of all the other agents involved! He was also kind and professional to deal with and made sure we were in the loop at every stage througha difficult process.

I had a great experience buying a property from Hawes & Co and have to say the purchase would never have completed without the hard work and dedication from Paul Marchant who went above and beyond to keep things on track when the chain started to get complicated. Paul always made time to respond to my queries which was really helpful as a first time buyer and the communication from him throughout was fantastic! Thanks again Paul and Well Done!

Very happy with the high quality service provided by Paul Marchant and the Team at Hawes and Co in Surbiton. Paul has many years experience and helped guide us through the sales process expertly, and was always happy to answer queries at any stage during the process. Very glad to have used Hawes and Co.

Hawes & Co have been great from when we bought our flat to when we sold it. Richard has been amazing throughout, a great guy and a great estate agent!

I have recently rented a property through Hawes & Co and am very happy with my experience. Special thanks to Pollyanna, she has kept me informed throughout the whole process and was very accommodating (despite me asking a tonne of questions!). This has been my smoothest experience renting so far and I am very pleased. Thanks :)

Pollyanna was very helpful and attentive during the whole process of letting our my flat

Pollyanna was really helpful with her colleague Laurie-Ann! They were very proactive and professional in letting me know my tenants were moving on and they were quick to market the property and find my current tenant. Pollyanna has been very supportive and patient when I have called to query things and I will always appreciate her politeness and professionalism!
