Hawes & Co look after 5 blocks of flats for us and we are very happy with the service they provide. We work closely with Rosie (the manager) and her colleagues Sara and Kelly in lettings who are all excellent. We have low voids and high levels of renewals across the portfolio which is mainly due to the hard work they put into marketing and looking after the properties and our tenants. The team are brilliant when it comes to communication and handling the rent, where Michelle in accounts is outstanding. We manage the repairs in house but nonetheless work closely with Jeff and the team in the property management department who also do a great job handling tenant enquiries to make sure that the properties are well maintained.
