Selling your property with Hawes & Co

Hawes recently assisted us with the sale of a property, and I can only commend the team (and in particular Damian Anderson) on how well they handled the entire transaction. There were times during the process where the entire deal almost fell apart, however true to their word they managed to salvage the deal and we successfully completed a few weeks ago. I would highly recommend Hawes, and we will certainly be using them again.

We would highly recommend the whole team at Hawes. In particular, Matthew Pike, who went the ‘extra mile’ to successfully sell our house. Always prompt and responsive to our telephone and email communication, even when we were out of the country. He is a very professional and personable negotiator. An asset to the company.

I bought my flat in Raynes Park through Hawes 22 years ago and went back to Hawes to sell it this summer, specifically to Daniel Archer on the recommendation of a friend. I'm so glad I did. Throughout the process, from his first visit re price and marketing through to completion, Daniel was at all times calm, knowledgeable, responsive, never pushy and, most important to me, kind. He made what was a stressful process for me much easier than it otherwise would have been. I can't recommend him and Hawes too highly. My only negative comment about Hawes Raynes Park is that the phone on-hold music is painfully loud but that's probably just me!

Great non pressured sales technique which yielded an extremely quick sale at the price we wanted. Jay Collins in particular was invaluable in progressing our sale & purchase with Hawes to completion. Certainly the best agents we met in the Raynes Park area. This is our 3rd house move & was by far the most friendly and competent office we’ve experienced.

Although in the end I didn't purchase my property through Hawes & Co, they were the most professional of the estate agents I worked with whilst property hunting. Greg was really pleasant and really helpful when showing me properties and had a really good idea of what I was looking for. The same can't be said of some of the other agents in the Surbiton area. When it comes time to sell I'll have no hesitation in approaching Hawes & Co first.

I have not used Hawes & Co personally as of yet for any house related inquiries, but they have helped me out greatly with other query's. The Surbiton branch is my local branch and i have dealt with Michael Gibson, His ever so helpful, cheery and welcoming, I will be in touch again shortly to get a valuation done on my property, Thank you for all your help.
